was well organized and well thought
off. All the hotels and restaurants
where very good. On the whole I would
rate it a 9 both in quality and price.
The bike was good and fits the terrain.
Even though my personal bike is a
MTB I did not have any problem adjusting
to riding the hybrid. I was mostly
taken by the variety of people one
encounters along the Camino and how
open and friendly everybody is.

We had great service both before
and during the trip. We did a self-guieded
tour but the Bike Spain staff was
still very helpful when we had questions/needs
during the trip.Great biking route,
good price for convenience of having
bikes and route planned for you.The
contours on the maps in the road book
were very detailed but a little bit
hard to read as you were biking.

We particularly enjoyed the tour
of Camino de Santiago! First, a big
thank you to Sjoukje for all the work
setting up the tour, and including
taking care of air tickets to return
to Madrid (along with arranging for
Walter to carry our luggage to save
us the baggage fees!) But, the really
big thanks goes to Walter. Walter
was an excellent guide and took good
care to see that I was always on the
right path. He took good care of all
our arrangements and incidentals along
the way. And, he was an excellent
companion! My wife and I both enjoyed
