PRICES
Bike Spain Tours guarantees these prices in euros for all 2012, VAT included. As a general rule, any service not described on the trip details is not included. Take care of supplements and optional charges. Your trip will be organized according to the descriptions in our web-site information.
Bike Spain Tours is not responsible for and does not recommend the purchase of non-refundable, advance purchase airline tickets.

DISCOUNTS
we offer a group discount to groups of five or more travelers. We are sorry that we can´t combine discounts.

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR A TRIP
After reading these conditions, complete our reservation form. Your booking will be confirmed by email, after the charge of a deposit of EURO 100.- per person, maximum EURO 450.- per group or family. Final payment is one month before departure.
If final payment is not received by the due date, Bike Spain Tours reserves the right to treat the reservation as cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your trip, you must notify us by e-mail or by fax. We calculate your refund on the day we receive written cancellation. In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking, the client agrees to pay the following amount plus the cancellation fee of EUR 30,00:

Two months prior the departure, Bike Spain reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for insufficient number of participants (4 participants on guided tours and 2 participants on self guided tours). If the tour is cancelled, participants will receive a full refund of money paid to Bike Spain Tours.

Any changes made to the itinerary (e.g. hotel reservations or departure dates) made after the invoice has been issued will incur a charge of EUR 30,00 per reservation or group. After the change has been approved by the client, a second invoice will be issued reflecting the changes.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We give an insurance to all those signing with us a guided tour, in which all these different subjects are included. Nevertheless, we ask you to review the limited amount of such coverage included in our insurance offer, and to confirm with your insurer that you are adequately covered in any event.

ORGANIZATION
Bike Spain Tours, SL is an authorized travel agency in Spain, registered by number CICMA 1650m.

RESPONSABILITIES
The participant understands that he/she is booking onto an active tour and that there are inherent risks involved in such travel and include, but are not limited to, vehicular traffic, weather conditions, illnesses or accidents. Bike Spain Tours assumes no responsibility for any claims, damages, expenses or other financial loss to person or property arising out of these inherent risks. Reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made where deemed advisable for the comfort and well-being of the passengers. The right is reserved to substitute hotels, alter the itinerary, and reverse the order of the places to be visited. On the advancement of deposit to Bike Spain Tours, the depositor therefore agrees to be bound by the above recited terms and conditions.

We use all reasonable efforts to try and ensure that the holidays offered by us are properly arranged and that the suppliers of the services in the holiday maintain reasonable standards. We accept responsibility to take reasonable care in the organisational aspects of the holiday but we are not liable and cannot be held responsible for actions of property owners, providers of transport or any other suppliers involved in your holiday.
We regret that we cannot accept liability for any loss, damage or additional expense where the booking needs to be altered or cancelled or we are unable to perform our contractual obligations as a result of events of ‘force majeure’. In these Booking Conditions ‘force majeure’ means any event which could not have been reasonably foreseen, or the consequences could not have been reasonably avoided, by us or the suppliers of the relevant services in question, even with the exercise of all due care. Such events may include war or threat of war, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or man-made disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions and all similar events outside our or the relevant suppliers’ control.
In your interests as well as ours, Bike Spain reserves the right to alter the travel itinerary should unforseen circumstances require them to do so. However we will make every effort to provide replacements of equal or superior value.

ACEPTANCE OF THESE CONDITIONS:
These conditions and terms of contract and all matters arising therefrom are subject to Spanish Law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
